How to find us
The WORLDwrite volunteer Centre, 201 Millfields Road is in Clapton in Hackney, London E5 0AL. We can be awkward to get to as we don’t have the tube. Please note the street numbers make no sense and should be ignored! We are RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM OF MILLFIELDS ROAD, opposite Oswald Street. Environmental services are on one side of us and an electricity sub station on the other. We are in a detached red brick building with a black gate and fence panels covered in jasmin, right behind the 242 bus stop and shelter.
The 242 Bus stops right outside our gate on Millfields Road opposite Oswald Street. Do check on line with TFL Transport for London to find the quickest way to get to us from where you are.
If you are driving you need to enter Millfields Road from Chatsworth Road, you cannot access our part of Millfields Road from the top end on the Lower Clapton Road as it’s a no through road. There is road side parking but you will need to arrange with us for a visitors permit voucher.
